What are my responsibilities as broker / rep once the employer is set up?
Once the employer begins the signup process, our support team takes it from there. We help them set up their ICHRA portal and prepare to launch health benefits to their team.
From there, your level of involvement can vary based on your setup:
- Employee plan support – In some cases, employees may reach out to you for help selecting a health plan. If you are not the broker of record, StretchDollar can step in to assist employees directly.
- Ongoing administration – StretchDollar manages onboarding, employee communications, and reimbursements.
In short: you bring the client, and we help handle the heavy lifting from there.
