When does the renewal process begin, and what actions am I expected to take?

Each year, our benefits renewal cycle kicks off in September. Throughout this month, our team proactively reaches out to all plan administrators. This initial contact is crucial for discussing potential plan modifications for the upcoming year. It's the ideal time to review and adjust key elements such as employee waiting periods, employer contribution levels, or adding new benefits to enhance your offerings.


Our primary objective is to have all policy updates and amendments finalized by early November. This timeline is strategically planned to ensure a seamless and orderly transition into the next phase. Following the finalization of plans, the annual open enrollment window officially opens, running from November 1 through December 15.


This designated period gives employees ample time to carefully review their options and select, renew, or update their health and wellness plans. All selections made during open enrollment will have coverage that becomes effective on January 1 of the new year.
