Can I adjust the PEPM fee for a client?

Our fees are fixed for now.

Employers are charged a straightforward platform fee of $100 per month, plus a $25 per employee per month (PEPM) fee for each person taking part in the ICHRA. The $100 platform fee goes to StretchDollar, and you keep the full $25 PEPM as the client's agent/broker. You'll also continue to receive the commission for those employees where you are the broker of record.
