What happens if a client off-boards, and what responsibilities do I have during that process?

If an employer determines that StretchDollar is no longer the right solution for their company's needs, they can follow a straightforward process for off-boarding.


To begin, the employer must reach out to our dedicated producer support team by sending an email to producers@stretchdollar.helpscoutapp.com.


Once the offboarding request is received, our team will respond promptly. They will provide the employer with a comprehensive, step-by-step guide detailing the entire process. These instructions are designed to ensure a smooth, clear, and hassle-free transition away from the platform, covering all necessary actions to successfully close the account and manage any final details.
