Dual-Role Agents: Switching Between Producer and Broker Workspaces
For agents: If your account has both Producer and Broker roles, you have two workspaces inside the same Partner Portal login.
How to switch
- Sign in at the Partner Portal (partner sign-in).
- Use the Partner sidebar to switch between the Producer workspace and the Broker workspace.
What you’ll see in each
- Producer: Dashboard, Generate Quote, Pipeline, Customers (sales funnel tools).
- Broker: Broker Dashboard, Employee Enrolled, Employee In Progress, Settings (enrollment support tools).
Broker Admin / Producer Admin tools only appear if your agency granted those admin roles.
Common mix-up
Looking for quotes in the Broker workspace (or employee enrollment lists in Producer) usually means you’re on the wrong side of the sidebar — switch workspaces before escalating to support.
