How to Invite Producers (Team Management)

For agents: Producer invites are an Org Admin (Producer Admin) action in the Partner Portal — not something Employer Admins do.

Steps

1. Sign in to the Partner Portal as a Producer Admin.
2. Open Team Management in the Producer sidebar.
3. Invite the teammate and choose role: Producer or Producer Admin.
4. Have them complete partner signup from the invite email, then sign in at the Partner Portal.

If they can’t sign in

• Confirm the invite was sent to the correct email
• Confirm they finished partner signup (invite alone isn’t enough)
• Confirm they’re using Partner sign-in (not Company/Benefits portal login)

Producer Admins invite producers only — they do not invite brokers (that’s Broker Admin).
